The Pitons Restaurant – Named after Saint Lucia’s iconic landmark, this restaurant offers Caribbean cuisine with a distinctly local flair. I always try to have dinner here at least once during any visit to the island. In fact, I’m dreaming about their Roasted Pumpkin Bisque right now!
The Views – This resort offers spectacular views at every turn. Whether I’m high above in the Sunset Bluff Village looking down at the main resort or vice versa, I’m always amazed at the beauty of Saint Lucia on full display daily at Sandals Regency La Toc.
