The biggest news at Beaches Turks & Caicos in 2026 is the opening of Treasure Beach Village, a $150 million, all-suite addition that welcomed its first guests on March 1 and had its official grand-opening celebration in May. It sits just west of the Caribbean and Seaside villages, with direct beach access and no roads to cross to reach the water.  The village adds 101 concierge and butler suites across 11 room categories, ranging from two-bedroom family suites with bunk beds up to the four-bedroom CrystalSky Reserve Villas, which come with a private pool and a rooftop deck. On the amenities side, Treasure Beach brings seven new restaurants (including a chophouse and a food hall with global street-food stalls), a 32-seat cinema lounge for family movie nights, and a 15,000-square-foot infinity-edge pool overlooking Grace Bay.
